Who we are
SPUN Studio is a service of SPUN S.r.l., C.so E. Padovano 33, Pagani (SA), Italy, VAT IT06011400659, REA SA-490544, email hello@spun.ai. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice.
The service
SPUN Studio is a web platform that uses artificial intelligence models to help you create texts, images, videos, voices and documents, and to work as a team. The tools and models available depend on the plan and on those enabled by SPUN, and may change over time. Dialogues, examples and media shown on the site are illustrative.
Account
- You need an account to use the service. You must be of legal age and provide true information.
- Your credentials are personal: keep them safe and tell us at hello@spun.ai if you think someone has used them without permission.
- If you create a workspace and invite other people, you are responsible for how they use it.
Free trial, credits and plans
- Creating an account is free to try, with usage limits.
- Generations use credits. Plans, credits and prices are those shown at the time of purchase. Prices are not published yet: the first 1,000 users will get an early bird price.
- Payments go through Stripe or PayPal, under the terms of the chosen provider.
- Consumers keep the rights granted by Italian consumer law, including the right of withdrawal in the cases and within the limits set by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use SPUN Studio to:
- create illegal content, content that incites hatred or violence, or content that exploits minors;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or the image rights of other people;
- create images, videos or voices of real people without their consent, or pass them off as real when they are not;
- send spam, run scams, spread malware or attack computer systems;
- get around usage limits, resell access without an agreement with SPUN or scrape the service automatically.
The usage policies of the providers of the models the service uses also apply.
Your content
What you upload remains yours. You only give us permission to store and process it so that you can use the service, including through the model providers. You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload, including other people's data.
AI-generated content
- Within the limits of the law and of the model providers' terms, you can use the content generated for you, including for commercial purposes.
- Artificial intelligence can make mistakes, invent facts or produce content similar to content generated for others: check it before publishing or using it, and it is up to you how you use it.
- Where the law requires it, for example for realistic images, audio or video, state that the content is AI-generated.
Third-party services
The service relies on external providers (artificial intelligence models, storage, payments, sign-in with Google or Facebook). Their outages or changes may affect the service.
Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or faults. We may change, add or remove features.
Suspension and closure
You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@spun.ai. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, notifying you where possible.
Liability
SPUN is liable for damage caused by the service within the limits set by law. It is not liable for how you use the generated content or for the content you upload. Cases of wilful misconduct and gross negligence and consumers' rights are always preserved.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For important changes we let you know in advance by email or in the service; by continuing to use it you accept them.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence has jurisdiction; in all other cases, the court of Nocera Inferiore.
